We have expertise in managing and coordinating large scale transportation projects. Currently, FT Moses is a Delivery Service Partner with Amazon Logistics.
Project and Program Management
Our staff provides support by assisting in the development of project controls, providing resource oversight & data analysis, as well as specification and compliance monitoring, Additionally, we maintain meticulous comprehensive project files and provide management reports to our customers.
We have extensive experience in providing program management support utilizing PMI methodology. The team monitors contractor performance and ensures project deliverables meet all technical specifications and contractual requirements. Additionally, we have experience participating in program status meetings with federal agencies on the customer’s behalf.
